Did you manage to get your funds out?

I did a test deposit and I'm waiting for them to process a withdrawal placed about an hour ago.

It's an obscure coin and a new account, but if its not processed within 24 hours, its safe to declare this exchange garbage.

Hi I just want a help on resetting my TOTP on Coinex are you one of their staff?
Recently I formatted my PC due to bluescreen of death and forgot that I don't have a secret key backup. I already resetted my TOTP through their web page and answer some question but it always failed. Now I'm in KYC process and submitted my documents just to reset my TOTP for 7 days. is there a way to speed up the process?
