Coins are trapped inside the wallets. Hell they trying to do?
Somebody could send BTC coins with this exchange? My transfer is in the status 'Initiated' for 50 days !!! Tech Support is not responsible for tickets !!!
don't even think to send any coins to those scumbags!
I had problems with several different coins and they ignore me completely
No support, no email, no nothing
For three f@cking months they pretend I don't exist!
And not just me as it seems
fortunately, the amounts were relatively small so I just lost a few dozens of dollars
What's the matter, Coins-e ?
Is it more profitable to steal from your users?

They have very very slow support.. Waiting for week to resolve a problem is normal here.
2 mounth ago had same problem, btc and ltc withdraw were stucked, waited an asnwer for a week and got answer that dev is busy, i recived coins finnaly but realy lost a wish to continue trade there.
They are old exchange.. and didn't scam anybody so far but any problem with withdraw or wallets can continue for ages.
19 days no output BTC. Support replied on the 10th day, wrote that the hot empty purse and communicate with the director to replenish it. It seems that the director of the scammer and disappeared with coins, since support is no longer responding. Be careful !!! Luckily for me they are supposedly a Canadian company so I can pursue them quite easily legal wise as I am Canadian too. I will be filing reports with the proper authorities soon if I do not receive my coins.
I do hope that they have temporary difficulties and soon all is normalized. Now much more profitable to continue to work with a good reputation as one of the oldest stock exchanges than to escape with coins users.
BTC are not sent to the address! Tickets are not responsible! You are one of the oldest stock exchanges, and you decide to lose confidence and become crooks, it's very silly, given that competitors are closing one after the other ...
Looks great, but you really shouldn't go around stealing people's coins.

Talk to Sal. When I asked what he meant and offered another email to try, my account immediately was deleted and no replies from Sal or anyone at Coins-e.
You really should prioritize keeping your customers happy instead of a pretty website.
ps I told you there would be some publicity over this, but you didn't seem to care. Game on.
