the rule is not fair to everone .
so , it is just a joke!
keep calm list is big and we check each people one by one!so , it is just a joke!
some senders not have bitcointalk user name
some senders less then 50 posts
some senders has not good quality posts
some senders not even read OP and posted this thread
we disqualifies those to protect crypto from lazy bears!
I support the dev as this kind of qualification method is rather fair.
There is no absolutely fair on the earth. But I think this one is doing a great thing for Active Cryptocoin Community.

I have a suggestion. Besides the normal part (1mil per dev team member), it may be good for reserve 0.5-1% more coins for bounties, promotions! Suitable premine may be not hurt the coin, but help it!

I guess I gave my reason in the facebook post, rather than in this thread. I wonder if that would disqualify me. That would be low if so.
If there were a real community coin that accepted help from aspiring developers like me then I would gladly join and put a little work in.
