Community Coin Subreddit, Iteration One

For this first iteration, I juiced up the sidebar. I added all the links I could find, which meant I had a lot of thread to plow through. Grin

Please check it out, and reply with any suggestions - like links I should add, suggestions about changing the order of the links or suggestions about rewriting the intro. I'll be spammin' the thread with the announcement so as to get more community feedback before I start monkeying around with the CSS.

What do you think?

No idea.  But I think it's not a good idea to pay attention to new exchange.

http://communitycoin.info/reconsider/

As dev asked to suggest how to improve this form here is my idea:
Maybe there also should be field "Have you bought any Comm?". It shows users buy support.

from the total ~470 people we paid, we removed following people from the 2nd round distribution:
1. Those who cheated with same account different wallet addresses
2. Those who cheated with different accounts but we determined that they are all the same person
3. Those we accidently paid twice (only a few - so many payments sent)
4. Those who did not access their accounts for the last week
5. Those who sold the coins and/or encourage others to sell.
6. Those who attacked the COMM coin and devs

Not sure why didn't receive in the 2nd round. Still ongoing? or need to fill form for reconsideration?

See the OP and wait.  Grin Grin

I'm also very concerned about it. As I got my 1st stake and have all my coins in my wallet, but sadly I didn't get the 2nd stake. I'd like to have the final chance to re-consideration.   Wink Wink Wink

Same here. Let's see what the dev says about this. Smiley

Same to me.  Cheesy
I'm the earliest stakeholder when the COMM released on 25 March...
And I still hold most of my stake 0.98Mil untill now. And the left are given to my friends and some free giveaway for promote COMM.
I have no idea why I missed the 2nd distribution.
But I still beleive I have a chance on the final distribution stage.  Grin Good luck to you and to you guys.

Hello Everyone,

I just commited some changes into github to block transactions from the lost wallet. I tried it both in an existing installation and in a fresh one (which requires the blockchain to be downloaded) and it seems to be working ok.

I'd like to have it peer-reviewed and tested by some of you before we build the official wallets.

Thanks,

Adriano

Great to see you back! Thanks for all the work you've done, especially for solving that overhanging issue. Wink Hope you get well soon.

It depends on how many you have in your wallet.
On average, you can get ~800 COMM daily if you have 1mil COMM in your wallet.

Are any Community Members interested in setting up a specialist COMM forum ? It would be a great benefit in the future to organise expanded topics and projects.

I know awesome software for community forum https://github.com/discourse/discourse

https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master/docs/INSTALL-digital-ocean.md

Look at this live http://discuss.emberjs.com/

That looks impressive ! What sort of support/track record ?

I only used it as a user, never installed it. This is very popular gem in a wide Ruby programming language community, so I believe support is awesome.
