Just keep throwing ideas in. These are very early stages.. one thing at a time.

Probably having another exchange or two will help. Distribution has hardly started (phase 1 in the IPO, and there are many more phases)

At the moment I neither have the right idea but surely success in the long term depends by these issues... A wild collective brainstorming could be the first step

About decent exchange,we must not think of getting into Cryptsy.It will destroy the value of the coin quickly.
