What happened to the price?
Dear Community: we have to report an incident to you. This morning one of our team members computer had a hard-drive failure, and as a consequence many files were lost including one of our COMM coin depot wallet, with approximately 196.8 mil COMMs in it. Despite all efforts we are not able to recover the wallet, and unfortunately no backup was made for this wallet (while we made backups for other wallets, this one was somehow missed as it was created later than others).

I also registered the CommunityCoin Weibo official account and trying promoted this coin in China. As you all know, Weibo is Chinese version of Twitter. I am planning to do some giveaway to all the fans and spread this coin in China. Dev. Please don't ignore our work. We are good to this Community. Please consider add us to the second round list.

In the meantime, dont stop voting on Mintpal and another exchange.
This..... For this to be distributed fairly and not to people with multiple dummy accounts it will take time. I know patients isn't Crypto traders strong point but sit tight and everything will be worked out and the Devs will confirm all the 2nd wave of stakes have been done. I personally would not like to see this coin on any major exchange until all coins have been disbursed because it will keep people from doubting the integrity of the Devs on keeping coins and help the coin in the long run from FUD being spread. In the meantime, dont stop voting on Mintpal and another exchange.

Received no coins in the second distro, but see some inactive members in that 2nd list. Cool

I´m also waiting for approval to second distribution round, is there anything i can do to speed it up? Also, i want to donate 20k for the multipool if my application gets approved.
same here. That second list is bullshit imo. I asked a lot of times if dev needed my services for graphics in this topic and even Pmed the guy (check my sig) and NEVER got any response I've been trying to help out other people too and told some of my friends to join the coin. I also feel I deserve a stake more than others, but the dev seems to think differently.
Stay the course. I was also passed over during 2nd round distribution as well even though I was on the list.
- Introduced 5-6 friends on the forum to COMM
- PM'd Richie of Bittrex to get COMM listed and trading
- Even lost 0.2 BTC trying to buy more COMM from an early stakeholder
Good things happen when you stay positive and continue adding value. Truth is there are so many different ways we can double our COMM holdings...being added to the second distribution is just one way.
I miss me 2nd stage, too. Was active as i can, breaking no rules, spent to multipool and friend (and pledged 100 000 more after 2nd stage), what did i wrong?
Judging from posts many are in the same boat schnotzel, including myself, I think we can't worry about this at present and have positive hope things will work themselves out over time. For now continue to support the community and coin, we still have our first stake of a million and even more if we can figure out how to make them breed/mint. I really think I have all boy coins.
I´m honestly thankful of my 1mil!

Got a minting question, my coins aren't breeding/minting yet. Any tricks I'm missing or something I can check? Am I stuck with all boy coins?
reasons could be:
1. must wait 24 hours before minting begins
2. must stay in the same wallet
3. wallet must be open an unlocked to start minting
4. must add the conf file to your communitycoin appdata roaming folder.
What should the conf file look like?

Yea, seems so. There is always possibility of that if trade is based only on trust. I bought also without exchange site, but I decided to buy in a small chunks, 0.01BTC for example.
So, then you loose only one partition of trade volume
+1 If a coin isn't trading on an exchange yet best to use a reputable escrow service or buy in multiple stages to minimize loss. Stay away from those with negative trader ratings. I made the mistake of trusting the one successful COMM trade he'd completed earlier in the thread. Sometimes scammers build up their trader rating then leave someone holding the bag...in this case it was me.
