Wait, what? So I missed the 'fair distribution'? One weeks worth of distribution is fair? Are you serious?

Distribution started several weeks ago

But this thread was created 9 days ago, how does 9 days = several weeks?

I do hope I make it through as the coin does look good and I like the distribution idea, but distributing all coins in 2 weeks seems hardly fair. There are many active members on here that will not see this due to the sheer size of bitcointalk.org. I think 6 months would have made more sense.

Anyway, here is to hoping I get into the second round as I am a active member of this community, nearly 3 years I have been here, with around 600 posts, so hopefully that is good enough Smiley.
there was another thread which was closed because some guy who didn't get accepted ask the moderator to close the thread.

Ahh ok, that makes more sense. In that case the coin does seem a lot more fair. I do wish it would run a little longer but it's much better than I initially figured.

Hey @Chris180Z,
apply by the form (its it ann post)

Thanks, I filled it out and followed all the instructions this morning Smiley.

6 months distribution is more like a joke for me.  The distribution started on 25th March. So it last for about 20 days.  The thread is almost on the first page of ANN subforum. If you are active here, you shouldn't miss it.
Anyway, you still have the chance to apply it. Good luck.

Hi Everyone,

The first part of the Multipool is ready (let's call it beta).

At this moment, you can access the page, tie your COMM Address to one BTC Address which will be used only by your.

  • We have followed the approach used by fair-coin, which means we are using wafflepool to mine.
  • They mine the most profitable altcoin, exchange it to BTC the and pay BTC to your address. Their fee is 2%.

If anyone prefer to use other pools it is ok but additional configuration will be required by you. As long as the payments are sent to the BTC Address you have tied to your COMM Address everything will be ok.

COMM purchases will be done manually until we can implement it through API for the exchanges which allow it.

What is yet to be deployed:

  • List the BTC payments received by your address, as well as the exchanges we do of BTC for COMM;
  • For each COMM bought, share it proportionally between all the users which have participated in the pool for that purchase.

I will be working on the points above and will keep you all updated.

Any doubts and/or problems, please let me know it.

Adriano

Edit: Forgot to state the link:  http://community.bitcoinland.org/multipool/

Adriano,good job!
ok, testing. Is there a page to see how much share I got, expected payout (might be early though...)
How often are the payout (or will be) ?

Right now you can check it directly at http://wafflepool.com/miners

Just use the BTC Address you set up the miner... As I could see the payouts occur daily for everyone who got at least 0.01BTC and without any limits on sundays.

Thank you Adriano. You did a fantastic job.  I'd like to rent some rigs and point them on it if necessary.

Why i´m not on this list?  http://ecoiner.org/communitycoin/2nd-round-raw-list-1684/#post8020

I spread the word, helping community, spent coins,.. so what?

btw. I ve got kids so i can´t be here every second....

Even i am not on the list, is this the final list?
no, initial one, it will develop more in time, but i want to process some chunk soon so we can remove some stress.

I'm also not on the list. I promote the COMM to the community as possible as I can.  You can read my last posts and you will find all my focus is on COMM.
Even I got banned for 7 days  just as I spread COMM in other coins threads.

Hope the dev can count me in the second round list.

http://community.bitcoinland.org/multipool/ updated OP miners invited to test.

Hi, dev, how to be active enough to enter the 2nd round distribution?
I'm keeping voting on the mintpal as long as I can.
And I'd like to donate and spread as I can.
I think I'm doing as others who enter the 2nd round list do.
Thank you dev.
