after we get to 500 we get other million from what i understand. if not then he will go to 1000 but i think that will take way to long

We will got another million automatically or will have to apply again? It sounds weird.
Dev please explain in more details.

They will strip all the votes if they find anything suspicious, better stick with honest voting

Yes, you are right. Let the community vote fairly.
The votes have been reduced for POC, FAC,IXCOIN due to the suspicious votes.
That's the lesson.
We have the strong community. We don't need sneaky way to vote.

You could in theory, but I don't think you can automate it very well. (and I personally wouldn't do it..)
