For those who applied but didn't get their stakes, the dev just announced two possibilities.
1. leave away forever as you have been rejected forever;
2. Wait for appeal if you believe in you can get it.

Sorry, guys, but the dev selected the strict rules which we must obey.

Dear Dev,

It's a good idea that you can release your blacklist(rejection list) to the applicant NOW.
It will give a chance for them to find where they have done wrong.
And we can open another thread for them to appeal.

Not good to keep this stage untill the end of distribution.
Those who thought them as being totally qualified and surely rewarded will be confused and even angry, if they have been rejected without knowing any reason.
They, like Dailymodo, may think the COMM is unfair and a trap.
That's not good.
Release the blacklist/rejection list now or later is same to you, but is very different for the applicants.

If you say you don't have time to deal with their appeal NOW, that's ok. Just let them appeal, and you can deal with them when you have time. The community can also response to some simple problems of their appeal.

You are old blacklist probably applied two places before the form happened. We thought you did not even read the OP and asking from us 1m COMM. I can give those who believes in US and producing useful things for COMM. I'll accept this as a good sign and give you the second chance. I believe everyone deserve it. I need and try to see who is real fighter who is not. What a pity i never planned i have to put this much effort of delivery, It was very simple but cheaters made us slow and forced errs!

1. your signature is not mandatory, you can use any profile field as long as i can see know this guy is real one applied. There is some kind proof in his profile that he applied. I know some of you use signature area for ads. So you can use any text area in edit settings to place comm wallet.
