Right now, not really. I was slightly interested because they say they come from Germany (like me), but that amateurish launch with no source code available, linux qt client compiled agains libboost 1.46 that almost nobody will be able to use it and other stuff. :/

It is not just the one guy behind with the idea of getting rich getting quickly unlike 95% of the new currencies offered here. You can start mining by downloading the wallet at www.compucoin.org

After installation of your Wallet start the Program
⇒ Menu “Help” Open Debug Window, Click Console and type:
setgenerate true ↵

or if you want to buy to check the net for miners offering coins for sales already or contacting us by email at [email protected] since from time to time we have members offering their quantities they have.

There's a lot of traffic on these forums, but it seems CPN may not have had much launch exposure because it has not been announced in the Announcement section. If you want more eyes on this it should help by moving this post to Alternate Cryptocurrencies -> Announcments (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0).

But that is if up to your preference. I can imagine the technical difficulties of everyone jumping in all at once.
