this is a problem for a lot of these smaller projects, they don't realize if they don't address this it will affect the growth of their coin

Yes it takes 3.5 hours for coins to arrive to pool after a block is found. Then we send it to miners.
Sorry our pool does not show immature balance because the software we use does not support it.
