Is this some new consensus or some coins already has this consensus too? I just look at this paper and it seems something like PoW consensus?
There's no coins operating with such consensus protocol, only Credits and absolutely it is unique. It looks different for me, may I know why it looks like a PoW for you?

I'm quite interested in credits but what benefits does Mina Stones get using credits? because I also have gems here I want to know more
Credits and Mina Stones work together in the case of jewelry industries, they help to gain public trust and several other benefits for access gemstone data in real time, valid data about gemstone handcrafted jewelry, prevention of data manipulation and theft, even data on blockchain accessable to the market and end-buyers.

So what will happen to the old tokens after the swap proccess succeed? Will it still be tradeable?
The old tokens (CS erc20) will be burnt and CS native coins will become tradable.

Did credits make a partnership with Sevastopol Hotel? I planned to go there next year. So what do you mean by loyalty bonuses such as mentioned in the post??
Yes, have you read their article? The loyalty bonus is a bonus that someone get as a reward for being a regular customer. In this case, Sevastopol Hotel provides the loyalty bonuses for the customer that using their services. And right now, Credits make a partnership with Sevastopol Hotel. The project suggests the use of a blockchain-based loyalty program for the clients of the hotel. The blockchain platform will transform loyalty points into digital assets. After receiving bonuses, clients will be able to turn them into fiat money, trade them on exchanges, or share them with their friends.

if the partnership with Alibaba will push thru, Credits will have a huge market to cater and that will bring them good income on the table. but will the migration to their native coin from erc20 token will be beneficial for the project?
are they fully confident that they can address all issues that they will encounter for having their own blockchain?
From my perspective as a supporter, the migration isn't only beneficial for the project. It benefits everyone who use it especially the holders itself. Are they confident? Why do they make their own blockchain then if they aren't confident?
Absolutely right! You don't need to worry about that, I'm sure they have prepared everything since they are doing that. You will recognise how fast their transactions and other important features they provide.

So after the public swap on the next day will it be possible to transfer tokens from Kucoin?
I think it's possible to transfer tokens from Kucoin because after the swap it'll already be on any exchange
Because of the token swap, will it be possible for Credits to bring another big company to have a partnership with them?
I believe that they will bring another big company to have a collab partnership with them. Looking from all of the partnerships they had before, no doubt that another big company will collab with Credits.

Fyi, Credits and Alibaba are now teaming up to enter the Chinese market with blockchain-based solutions in logistics. Check out the newest tweet from Credits https://twitter.com/creditscom/status/1201514001852780546

I like their innovation about hardware wallet integration, but I don't really know how it works, what can they do with this?

So these devices enable users to make secure payments and manage cryptocurrencies without exposing any sensitive information to a potentially compromised computer, and they are using Trezor and Ledger which they work in that field for a couple years

Credits have a lot of products, but Bonoox Loyalty Program seems interesting to me. Btw, what makes it different from other loyalty programs??
as far as i know, Bonoox loyalty program operators can attract new customers with unique features like the ability to track one’s loyalty balance and also exchange loyalty tokens from different merchants, thus generating traffic and increasing customer engagement for sure

But have their released own wallet or will it be released untill 21st of December? What about mobile wallet?
What about staking here? Do they have PoS or DPoS?
The wallets has been released. Currently Credits has a Web Wallet, Mobile Wallet, Browser Wallet and Desktop. I suggest to use Web Wallet for generation of private & public keys, the link is here and Mobile wallet is on Beta stage now, full release is scheduled for Q1.
They are not PoS, neither DPoS. They have Proof of Agreement consensus protocol. You are able to check more detailed information about proof-of-agreement here.

So from what I read above that kucoin is the only exchange for public swap, is there some info about other exchanges joining the public swap in Q1 2020?
It could be, but I think they cannot disclose due to NDA

So there is the only one exchange (Kucoin) will support swap? What about direct swap from MEW to your native wallet for example? Will it be released (wallet) on 20th December too?
Kucoin will support the Public Swap which will be conducted through exchange and as per their explanation they will also implement an opportunity to conduct a swap through MEW. This opportunity will be available after 21st December. More detailed information will be published during this week.

I just realized that they had collaboration with IVHIMPROM and as I know... IVHIMPROM is one of Leading And Oldest Chemical Producer, what is the connection between Credits and IVHIMPROM ?
Have you read their article here? They will launch of a pilot project on the implementation of blockchain technologies into the chemical manufacturer's supply management and sales systems. The solutions developed by the Credits platform will allow IVHIMPROM to track supplies, shipments and deliveries to facilitate the production process. Automation of the process is also foreseen to avoid risk of human error and to exclude the possibility of tampering with database records by third parties. I hope that before you ask, you have read the important information that I have provided and linked to the announcement.
