2. Or the current platform capability compare with competitors?
If it's the 1st, then Yes. CS maybe under low in terms of the development speed because of factors like budget/no. of team members.
If its the latter, the team have stated that CS can do a stable 50k tps which makes it outstanding. (BTC - 7tps, ETH - 15-25tps)
Now everyone is looking at this, at the number of transactions per second, because This is the main problem of any blockchain.
Ethereum has a major problem - it is scalability. If the credits gets to solve this problem without harming centralization, it will be a bomb.
