Credits were supposed to slowly ramp up the transaction amount during actual testing. So not sure what that is but I agree consistency is key.

It has turned to be a bad decision and now S.Korea lifted the ban on ICO's entirely and I believe when a bit more regulations are set China will lift the ban on ICO's, too.

Internal testing is not the real thing, many projects can reach 1 million tps in internal tests, in real world its almost impossible to reach 20k tps because of slow internet connections......
