I am new to bitcoin, and the first crypto card I ever tried was Crypterium, I have a list of
about 20 crypto related cards to test, both the app in the mobile phone and the correspondent page
in the table computer, and it happened by chance the first system I tried is Crypterium, because
I have no idea if crypto works or not I have decided to send a very tiny ammount of money for
testing and then Crypterium send me a message stating that the coins have been received:

Since the date Crypterium indicated that the coins were deposited I cannot log in at Crypterium, neither via mobile phone app, or table computer, it simply does not log in while all other 19 crypto card services I am in the process of testing log all right both ways. Now the question: proven that log in in the Crypterium platform is impossible, woudn't be nice if Crypterium could send the BHC for original address once the user me cannot access the crypterium platform?
