Fixing bugs costs time as well and paying a programmer to fix bugs costs money.
The site simply doesn't have that money.
Other sites use things like "faucet in a box" which do not require any kind of programming skills.
Look at other sites that have a programming, like freebitco.in, they pay (at current BTC course) 11 Sat an hour, with a 1 in 100 chance of getting a little more, which is FAR less than this site pays.

True, the site needs its users, but then it's a tight balance between cost and revenue, after all we're talking about fractions of pennies per shortlink.
The site owner doesn't run this for fun, he wants to make money with this site, therefore the max. he can pay out to users has to be less than the revenue he gets from ads.
Almost any professional programmer could write a far better site (I could as well), given the amount of bugs in this site, most beginners could make a better site, but then nobody works for free, meaning hiring a programmer would most likely exceed the revenue this site makes.
That's why this site has to do with whatever programming skills the owner of this site has and most likely he's in some kind of "learning by doing".
If we users would leave the site, that wouldn't make the owner pay more to get more users, it would make him close the site, simply because he cannot afford paying more.

Yes true... but admin of that site must calculate it goodly, he can pay another people, than can pay little to us... if project is funny and good, that users accept to earn small way as now (only maybe I think)...
eg. we as users we can make up 100doge per day (etc 1 and more doge every 5-7minutes all day), at different sites, but its not much fun... here we earn little, but its funny and was stable site... but if site will have a lot of bugs, this will stop fun, and be no reason be here and spend time...

In case anyone is wondering, my BCH from a few days ago did finally get paid today. I've now been paid in 5 different cryptos by this game in the last week. It's still legit, despite some of its flaws and bugs.
Nobody said it's a scam, the site Admin is immature and lacks basic communication skills, oh and coding for the site is worst of all faucets! Untested!
The criticism about the current flaws and bugs is justified, but in the end its a free service (if you have not desposit anything), also we don´t know how many developers are working at this project. I am pretty sure most of us could not handle this much responsibility for such a big project and we can´t see most of the code. So you can´t really evaluate the quality of the code.

Not a free service, Admins earns thru fees + ads revenue, and users spends lots of time on this site, Not a big project too, this is just greedy owner mismanaging the site.
The sign-up is free and usage of the website is free, so it is a free service for the user. I dont want to protect the owner bei any means and its totally right to critize the current problems, but both of us can´t know whats happening intern and how many are working on this project.
