I see stats for me like this

1 Month : 16.15914888 H power so i get 0.037ltc or 16 h power per month of mining as example
But if i deposit 0.037 ltc to get extra h power

We will readjust the performance index of HPower mining depending on return like yours. I think you are right, but we need to test it and I think it's better to up it than to down.

Ethereum withdraw, like dash and bch, is available for Premium user.
I was able to withdraw ether until today even tough im not a premium yet

Happy that we process to payout manually. This way, we have handle it fast and we don't think that too many users are impacted. We are very sorry for whose have seen their crypto gone to another wallet. Unfornutaly, we can't be responsible for a user's low quality password or any phishing done to the victim to get their password.
We have cancel and refund all the withdraw requests declared hacked, but we can't refund any already completed payment (and for that we are talking about past friday, so more than a weeks ago).
Anyway, we will very soon implement a new secure way to withdraw. We strongly recommand you to check the ingame notification when it comes, as we will quickly and easily explain how to secure your account in less than 10 seconds!
