I had a ticket for 9 days in and no reply. When I first started using this site and work my way to 1000 power and then used get power to boost me to 2700 power. Now a year on I lost my 1700 power which was not a year contract and all the power I had from the daily bonus box and chests over the year taking me back to 1000 power has anyone else had this.
It happend to me also. Forget it, it's the way CMG works. It's better you sit in a good chair waiting for admin to answer.
I have the same problem too. I on May 8, 2018 I put 0.03 btc without knowing that it was a contract for 1 year (nowhere did it say it was a contract) if you look at the images it does not say anything
