You can set your Diff yourself. Add, after the username(your address) this : /1000+0.01 where 1000 is number of shares, and 0.01 will your new diff
Ex : cgminer -o stratum+tcp://crypto.megapools.org:9337 -p xxx -u YOURADDRESS/1000+0.01
