you can find these informations from the first post: from a minimum of 100BTC to a maximum of 250 BTC for betquote development. If the quote will exceed we will improve better the development, as you can see in the whitepaper

We are planning to insert the ordinary markets too if we will reach the quote needed.

The tokens are an omniwallet.com asset (a smartcontract on btc blockchain), so you can reedem them using the btc address you used for participate to the ICO. And use them to trade on exchanges (we will send you soon some news about that!)
