1.Can we use multiple twitter and fb account that fits the bill to join or only 1 person 1 account is allowed?
2.Will retweet of your twitter handle retweets also counted or we have to retweet only tweet?

This is not actually a "coin", this is a token for using the platform (as far as I understand), and this ICO is actually a platform crowdfunding. The term "ICO" is misleading here.

Another question is - how elaborate the predictions will be? Will they be precise, or will be just like weather forecast - mostly random. Unfortunately we have no chance to know, and this makes me unsure.
There is another offer of this kind - a token called Santiment. It had Pre-ICO very recently, and reached the maximum target in about 3 hours! But those guys are more known, and they had a more clear concept regarding on what the predictions will be based of.
