So, there is no clue, when will ICO start, how much money they want to.
The idea is good, but to implementing in real world will be very difficult, as they targeting for Africa, country in Africa.
Africa is so big, without saying a specific country, this project is just like a dream to me.

No the target is the entire African continent and its focus is education, adoption and implementation of the blockchain technology, bringing it mainstream to the African community.
Pre-ICO started 10th August and would last for 2 weeks, a month later, main ICO would commence and would last for 2months. $250,000 for its Pre-ICO and $2,000,000 for the main ICO.
I personally believe this project is fantastic as investors would definitely be sitting on a goldmine, imagine all the other use cases the cryptogene project concepts has which in turn would bring good return value for investors. And of course this project has a roadmap to implement each project concept in phases, so CGT value would keep appreciating. So I see this project as a global project even for all Non-Africans investors can participate in and make good money as it hit exchanges.
