Is DDOS mitigation in place? 
Yes... at least the best we can for now. The reality of DDoS is that the attack vectors are numerous and I'm sure we'll experience some slow down when we get hit, but we have fail over servers on top of a redundant architecture, so I'm hoping we'll do okay.
What kinda of api you have? Any real time apis? Also are trading bot allowed?
Our API is maybe 4-6 weeks away and bots are welcome :-). We're working on tons of features to help bring bitcoin to Wall Street.

It was also a ton of fun to actually build out. Our team has been working tirelessly to get things just right. In our alpha release, we've traded quite successfully, so that was a blast
