In that advanced tab section at towards the bottom there is a box under More that says "Disable TeamViewer shutdown". I checked it and will see how it goes.

It's close to 1 month since the last ccminer version. Are there any other developer working on ccminer ? Any ETA for new version ?

This was the last piece of news mention about ccminer new version couple of weeks ago.

BTW we just optimized some extra 5-10% out of X11 and Jackpot by doing coalesced memory accesses
for exchanging data between various hash functions. This will be made public soon'ish.

I don't mind getting paid ccminer version if it speed up development. Maybe something like ccminer gold version (close source) where we will get latest version and the open source version will be 1 or 2 version behind ccminer gold.

I did have two machines a while back that would reboot on their own. Turned out I was pushing them to hard with OC. They were not running hot but once I ran them back closer to default OC settings I was fine.

IMHO most problems of this nature are GPU issues. Not all cards are created equal and may need to get slowed down a bit.

I have it running on all 4 of my rigs and I have one slight issue trying to figure out.

When sitting at my main computer I have the other 3 open so I can always see them. But they "time out" and I have to go back in and open them back up. Do you know of a setting in TeamVeiwer to prevent the "time out". I can't find it or even google the right thing to look for.

And you seem like the person to ask this to:

Why are so many people accessing their rigs through Teamviewer or any other remote desktop software? People have their rigs somewhere else besides their own place?

Me, actually I will be.

The father in law is willing to let me set up rigs and a few future asics at his place to help with electricity.

So I need to be able to control everything from my phone while at work or wherever I am at.

It is such an easy thing to create bats and drop the on a machine miles away and switch whenever I want to do something different.

If you have something better that will work and I can remote control from my phone or tablet I am willing to try it. Oh and as easy as TeamVeiwer.

Regarding remote access it would be easier if the miner was running linux
(is there anything like ssh to open a console on windows ? )

I use teamviewer, and I just use it to peek in and check things from time to time... don't leave it running. I have occasional crashes/freeze up of the entire rig when I log out of teamviewer, so something isn't playing nice.

I also use Chrome Remote Desktop to control, which seems to work nicely as well.

VNC is probably the best remote program to use.

I picked up a Belkin WeMo remote plug controller at Home Depot and use that to hard reboot the rig from my phone when it won't respond to pings. Best solution for $40 I have found to keep the rig up as much as possible.

I haven't messed with driver updates in a while, and everything seems to be still smooth with 335.23 on 6x 750ti

I mined X11 and the same card dropped out after 3 hours, so it's not specific to the algo.

I've excluded the card that keeps dropping out by using the d flag, and am running only 4. We'll see how that goes.

Mine said it had an update and someone updated it while i was out. Q0 hours of mining lost. I was not happy.

But because i game aswell i am willing to deal with the drop out of 1 card every other day and keep the higher game performance

Yeah, me too, the miner seems very stable

Same thing here. Jackpot have been working 24/7 for the last month without any problem with some OC (Core+180Mhz,RAM+400Mhz)

i have only oc'ed to +200 ram from default, but if that the problem then why the others cards were running fine?

anyway i just noticed that i'm running old drivers 337.88 and not the last one 337.91..

my bad those are not for 750ti...

usually it is the overclocking (with the new drivers, you can get +1000MHz... so I imagine that what may look stable for a short period of time might not be really stable on the long term)
