Guys, don't drop WUs, you're helping research cures for cancer, alzheimer, parkinson, and so on.
I'm sure you know or had any relatives with these diseases, don't be greedy and heartless bitches.
Thank you.
EDIT: profitability will even out after a few days, so just don't do that, you won't help the coin and project suceed like that, and will get penalized if your user drops multiple WUs anyway.
https://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=16550may-be I am an ass... but 3.5days for 10500point won't do it... (I clearly get the project nobody wants there...)
Hopefully this wasn't created for crypto, one can hope that a good soul...
anyhow, things evolved a bit, it is in fact a project in 4hours for 43k points...
Something I never understood with folding@home is why ?
I mean Stanford is one of the richest university in the world (pronounced a la Clarkson
), with lots of generous donator, many computing companies around
(well most of the world leaders in this domain are within a 50km radius of Palo Alto)
But still they put in place a project so that they don't use their own computing resources... (ok that's clever...
)
At that level, seti@home had a lot more sense since it was a project with no funding, but for folding@home it is kind of strange...
