Anyone know at what time did they announce this queueing mechanism? I didn't come across it in the crowdsale terms??? Hence number 10197

My understanding is this is Civic's way of removing liability in case your tokens become worthless in the markets. They aren't going to facilitate or get involved with secondary trading -- that is a risk that we all take by investing and trading. They are also making it clear that some exchanges can be susceptible to fraud. I read it as them removing liability from themselves.
