What's the point of making a carbon copy of Decred ?
What's the point of making a carbon copy of Decred ?
Take a look at the source code. It's not written in Golang. C++ up to 100%. Decred is 100% implemented in Golang. The code base differs by exactly roundabout ... anybody jumping in here with some help on the math?
edit: ergs, waitaminute its a mix between C and C++

Cygnus has nothing to do with Decred, beside the fact that both are Crypto-currencies.

I count that on block 10644 if only method was POW without POS total supply approximately can be 11 392 000 and it was 8 003 000 . And at the end it will be more less then 25 mill. May be near 15 mil

UPDATE : 4 node bounties were just sent out to SalimNagamoto, tr8kr, tuxxilla and alekzander Their nodes were running without problems, with many connections. If you are going to qualify for the Node bounty send us your IP, because we have to check it from a few aspects, and we have to monitor it for a few hours.
As we mentioned before there one more Node bounty left. We've seen your PM and now we are monitoring your Node. If will run fine, with good connection and continuously we will pay your bounty soon.

I'm trying to get the Cygnus-qt client running on my vps but I can't get it to work:
I've downloaded the linux client, extracted the file out of the tar.gz and tried to run it in a terminal with ./Cygnus-qt, but it gives me the error: "error while loading shared libraries: libboost_system.so.1.54.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory".
Any ideas on how to solve this? (I'm running Ubuntu 15.10 x64)
You should try to compile it yourself . it's not that hard. did exactly all that, changed the config file name to Cygnus with a capital C, still 0 connections ((((
When creating the conf file make sure that it's not Cygnus.conf.txt. Turn on in your Windows the file name extension at View tab.
