How many tokens per ETH ? Are tokens pegged to ETH or USD?
The DAOstack project commits to raising no more than an ETH equivalent of USD 30,000,000 (hard cover) from GEN sales - including upfront and personal purchases, presale and main token sales - calculated at the ETH-USD closing price in coinmarketcap.

Although I'm yet to go over the white paper, but having read through the the engagement of the forum OP/moderator, I've got say that the project will definitely help many interested organizations or group of people to manage and govern their project. I will take my time to study it and take a decision as to participate in the token sale.

To make things as easy for developers as possible, the DAOstack platform will offer customizable tools for collective resource management, decision making, budgeting, and incentivization. It will essentially act as an operating system for DAOs.

Most users of DAOstack will not be blockchain developers or software engineers, but rather participants in decentralized organizations, and in some cases creators of them. These individuals will be interacting with the DAO stack primarily through the Dapps built on Arc.js and Arc.
Agree, we do not have to be a developer to be able to contribute in technological innovation. Opinions are channeled through the mind, could be developed by the developers who are more expert.
