Sigwo - just wondering why you lowered the minimum goal for raised BtC to 250 when you've raised 500 BTC in 1st ICO and just refunded that. Shouldn't you target a bit higher than 500 BTC?

I guess it has more to do with how much it costs to deliver various phases of project. 250 BTC is probably needed to get first phase done.

I am ready, but bittrex's page is still 404, will be available in 21st, right? Only one week on bittrex, i am confident you will raise more than 250 BTC because bittrex has large quantity of investors.
