Just finished a masternode setup. i documented all steps. for some reason it has issues with the coldwallet config. ill just doubleck my docu and look into it again. once i have the second one up ill post a full tutorial how to set one up

The easiest way to start masternode.

I did on Windows like this:

Settings das.conf in the wallet where you have 1000 coins.

Code:

rpcuser=master
rpcpassword=pass
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
# --------------------
listen=1
server=1
daemon=1
maxconnections=24
# --------------------
masternode=1
masternodeprivkey=7sCVAK*****************************************
externalip=you IP

Masternode.conf leave blank

In the console after synchronizing the wallet, you type "masternode star password".

And maybe you need to open port 9399.
