You are right. The more money project collect the more small investors want to get its tokens. We can compare this situation with bitcoin popularity. At first nobody knows about it and price was too low, but the more money cryptocurrencies industry has, the more new investors interest in bitcoin.

Yes, many companies can not fulfill the project in time because of inexperience of the team. But here is a strong team and I think that they will be able to collect half of the requested amount.

It all depends on the correct roadmap and market conditions for the exact time of the ICO.
