I certainly have never been approached regarding any investments.

It will take quite a while to stake with 5 coins, your coins need mature for atleast 24 hours before its eligible to stake, just leave it, it will eventually stake.

DeepOnion price is very stable. I have worried about btc price drop and have thought that deeponion price would be a disaster. But I have checked it and 1 dollar is very stable.

Did you enter your correct bct id?
Usernames should not be weird or coincide with the names of registered users.
If you check everything you enter there is no problem but still get the error, please capture a full screen image of the information you entered for me to try it.
