@dev

I am really worried about the future of our Deep Onion.
Hundreds of postings about being blacklisted in the last days even from very supporter from the beginning of this coin.
There must be an error in the bot routine. To fix this must be 1. priority.
The answer "Its your fault, you broke the rules" is a slap in the face of every true supporter.
This coin will be dumped to zero, if you don't react to this blacklisting topics, you know, bad news are spreading very fast in bitcointalk.

Please investigate, whats wrong with your security routine.

Thx for airdrop and sorry for all who have to wait now for unknown reason.

We are happy about the number of people. We don't have worry at all.  We need people who want to see us winning.

I don't think you need to worry, the support and backing is great, its more that fact i actually wanted to support it.

The reject without any reason at all is a bit of a sticking point
there is no single reject without evidence.

But all i have is the line
Status:
    Application Rejected. Found suspicious activity.

What am I supposed to have done suspiciously??

Seriously, guys, what are we talking about? The burst posting rule is there to avoid people being idle all week long for then awaking 10 minutes before airdrop and spamming 10 threads with 10 posts with poor content just to get the airdrop. Good. That's a good thing, a good rule. But in this case I've made posts in 6 days out of seven. Is that what you'd call burst busting? Oh, yes, a few posts have been made within a few minutes interval one from each other. So what? I'm not a retard, sometimes I think fast and I write faster. So what? BTW 5-10 minutes between posts you call it fast? And finally, I don't know you guys, but some people out there have also a life and they don't spend all day posting on forums. And when you have limited time to spend posting on forum you certainly don't hang around too long wasting time. BTW, in that week I did 14-17 posts (depending on when was previous airdrop timestamp) so don't even dare to say I needed to do "burst" posts to reach my quota, since I did 50% or so more posts than necessary for this airdrop. My blacklisting is simply the consequence of a bug of the bot, which should be corrected, not just for me but for the sake of the whole project. People get rightfully pissed off if they feel they have been punished for having followed the rules, and this is bad for the future of the project. Is many cases people get trapped in conversations on bitcointalk where they end up posting endless replies in a short timeframe. Do you want to blacklist everybody? Sorry, this is not how you enlarge the adoption base of a coin. As sonulrk has suggested, if you can't properly identify burst posting then just count 2 posts in a short timeframe as one. But to count only one post every 30 minutes is nonsense - not everybody has hours to spend on forums EVERY DAY. Or you want just a community of losers, which nothing else to do rather than posting? You decide, but decide wisely. Otherwise you end up throwing out people who paradoxically has actually simply been more active and efficient than others.

Your calling yourself active? 10 Post requirements you just made 14 post in a week. thats not a active and efficient member,  Maybe A Signature farmer once the post quota is ok jump to another account and burst post again.
If you think to highly of yourself, join other campaign and show them what you got Smiley and lets see if you got paid.. Goodluck..

Sorry baby, I was here making videos for DeepOnion and translating the ANN  thread when DeepOnion still had to make it's first airdrop and it's value was exactly zero - and I did it because I understood the distribution model was really brilliant and it had to work. My first DeepOnion video has got on Youtube on July 21. You'll find it on the front page of this ANN. What were you doing at that time for DeepOnion? I see your first post about DeepOnion came just three weeks later.
"This Coin is getting more popular daily despite the neg trust of the developer." that has been your first comment about DeepOnion on August 11. Wow.
Just like I've understood very early the great potential of this coin, now I understand very early that if the devs won't repair that malfunctioning bot ASAP and fix their consequences, the fall of DeepOnion could happen just as fast as the rise will be. Which I don't want. And I guess you don't either.
So please before babbling about my activity, think twice.

I really hope so. Because for the past 7 days period I have on record:

August 31 - 2 posts
August 30 - 5 posts
August 29 - 3 posts
August 27 - 1 post
August 26 - 3 posts
August 25 - 3 posts, not clear if the timestamp is to be assigned to this week or the previous one.

Now, if your security team is considering this a 1 day burst poster issue, perhaps you should definetly fire your security team.
Such careless actions can easily destroy the reputation of the coin.
Otherwise please change the rules and declare that no-one is allowed more than 3 posts a day. Which would be very silly of course, in fact it would be a disaster for a number of reasons.
Perhaps, I guess that beyond the airdrop I didn't get I should now be worth also a bug bounty Smiley

August 31 - 2 posts - 5 mins interval
August 30 - 5 posts - 3 - 4 mins interval 1 is 8 minutes
August 29 - 3 posts - 6-10 minutes interval
August 27 - 1 post
August 26 - 3 posts

Yeah thats not burst posting Smiley

If the problem is burst posting. Then simply make a rule that if anyone do burst posting in pre-declared time (say in 30 min) it would be consider as only 1 post with minimum number of characters.

For example: If a person posts 10 posting in 30 min with total number of characters range of minimum 10 to maximum 300. Then it will be counted as 1 post of 10 characters. It will be logical and eliminate the burst posters and easy to follow.

Still my opinion is, it is the quality of post matters not the quantity.

Seriously, guys, what are we talking about? The burst posting rule is there to avoid people being idle all week long for then awaking 10 minutes before airdrop and spamming 10 threads with 10 posts with poor content just to get the airdrop. I really don't get it.... it seems that I will get blacklisted for burst posting with that kind of examples....

So, I hope this story about bot considering spam and low quality the fact to post and reply in a raw about
our own technical issue os not true.

When you have technical issues and people are trying to help.... is that not normal to follow the conversation
a little closely and reply as soon a s possible.

Especially when we realize that if we wait to see the replies, we can hardly find them due to the numerous number of pages created in the thread in 1 h.

Could someone clarify what is burst, and how to be able to get qualified from asking for help, and answering in a short time frame to the posts helping?

I read more than 50 pages, a lot of people complain that they are banned.
I hope that the developer will hear us and correct this situation.

I'm not a spammer.
I write more than 10 messages,
Not 50 characters, not one line, not stupid messages
But I'm still on the blacklist

I believe that the developer fix this

I'm afraid that the damage is already done. When probably nearly 40% of previous airdrop members are banned 'for unknown reason' (probably 10% cheaters - no problem!) there is something wrong with the bot. Last night at some stage there was a discussion about delaying today's airdrop. That didn't happen, unfortunately. Admin board probably wanted to do some manual checking, but decide not to. And start the airdrop....of course, the other 50% were happy to receive double coins. But, is it fair?

Thank you for the team's trust, I removed from the blacklist, back to airdrop, so that the team is serious, We are patiently waiting,we continue to move forward, thank you

crypto-rainbow: Though we banned you carried on the amazing support we noticed it and rewarded you. Keep up!
 "

How is this sound?

My opinion is: ALL honest people banned by mistake, with no reason, should receive the airdrop. Is the only solution that would work. Put the blame on the CPU that runs the bot...
If you can see a better solution let me know, I'm open Smiley

If you follow the rules you will not be banned. It is that simple. People just expect things for free without reading the terms and conditions. We want people to actively promote DeepOnion. If you don't do that you don't receive the free airdrop. It's extremely simple :/

as i see on the block explorer i missed yet another airdrop
because of the change address mistake even though my account was at at review on the onion forum.
Did the Dev communicate anything about reimbursing the airdrops to the users that got hit by the
change address coin control newbie mistake that was never explained ?

Sorry mate but there's no reimbursement. The onions will be divided only to the eligible participants for the week.

pretty funny.... Airdrop is a GIFT.... and people would ask for a refund.... Are you kidding???

Are people asking for a reimboursement in a store when they were not able to get a free stuff???

move on people...the trust issue for this might be just correct. this is a monopoly coin and will soon go to 0 value..such a great ideea. no one in the right mind can keep alive a coin with 281 people supporting it. i fucked their suspicious activity and moved on. never made a mistake so i'm clean. i will call this coin a monopoly and a scam. and we will be judging this in a couple of weeks. good luck to everyone.

I assume this is an attempt at FUD? Unfortunately your grammar is so poor that it doesn't even make sense.

Well about the check the validity of the post dev team have to be more careful... for example i use reply in very short time when i am online because in the mining thread i post in many thread instantly cause i need help for my rig for what miner programme use and i help people too so ofc my post are quick but dev team have to see that is not burst post but is normal post

This is exactly one case which proves what I have been saying just a few posts earlier.
BTW, even this post of mine could be detected as a burst post by the bot, since it is made only a few minutes after my previous one. But since the post I'm now quoting is directly relative to what I've just been saying, if now I'd wait 31 minutes before replying (as suggested by someone), perhaps meanwhile 10 pages of thread would have appeared between my previous post and this one, and nobody would understand what I'm talking about. Moreover, after 30 minutes I may well have forgotten what I wanted to say.

all thise discussion about "qualification" / burst relative to the 10 posts for tue airdrop is a bit funny...

Reading what is written now... makes me wonder even if me, who got many trouble with synching my wallet
could be disqualified!!!!!

Sure enough, when I have the issue, I post back to back to all attempts to help... I have my own posts
which could be following each others and certainly, I have a few per page!

Am I spamming is that case.... pretty ironical....

It is already so difficult to find back our previous posts in which we ask question... to find the answers.

We need to remember and note which page we were posting!  Because 30 min after, there are 10 more pages!

I could certainly not wait 30 min before to add a post relative to my issue!

At this point, I think some of the stringent requirements need to be relaxed.  Maybe reopen to Junior members as long as their active and move the join date further up.  I got 50% more onion this distribution round vs the last.  While I dont mind getting more onions, having less and less people receive airdrop isn't a great sign.  I'm more excited when I see alot less onion as It shows me more people are getting onboard.
