No, not always.

This depends on the total network hash rate and difficulty, which is fluctuating quite a bit (because of occasional rented miners?). So it is not possible to say that 1 MH/s= x ONIONs per day, x can be 0,0001 ONIONs day 1 and 100 ONIONS day 2, you can't really know without checking the network hashrate.

Give it a few days, they need to mature, i did not start "stacking" until today, about three days of having onions then they start "growing".
