See in the roadmap available on the first page of the thread and you will see the date of availability of the android / IOS wallet. Estimation Q1 2018.
At the moment, if you want to join the project you will have to use the PC, MAC or Linux wallet Grin

The reason why this coin have low price value is due to airdrop.

Trust me this coin gonna be huge, this is not the the next DASH or MONERO coin.
