When they mean wallet they mean the address used for the airdrop. The address used for the airdrop should have at least 100 coins. The 1000 DO in your wallet might be distributed between your different addresses. Check that and move all the coins to the airdrop address and DONT move the coins out of the address on the day of the airdrop (24 hours freeze period).

There is no easy quantitative way to tell if a post is high quality or not. These rules are heuristics at best. That said, the rules are a good step in the right direction. Machine Learning/AI can help us do it with confidence. That is a better solution than more elaborate rules.
