So all the folks who have had big airdrops from the past have accumulated big totals and will get a big percentage from the airdrop.

To be fair we are ALL early adopters of DeepOnion. Except for the dumpers, we are ALL here because we believe in the long-term success of DeepOnion. This is not a an early adopter in terms of 3-month period, this is a 3+ year period looking forward. I totally understand why some people are not happy with the distribution. Luckily, our devs are devoted and I trust they will open up and consider everyone's constructive criticisms.

First, I'm not stating this because I'm jealous, I'mpurely concerned with the project health and stability.
With current distribution model you say" hold and you will get more" so here are some things to look for:
How will one get the chance to hold more and gain more weight in the airdrop distribution if there are several members adding 3000 to 7000 more tokens each week to their weight?
Hw will a newcomer with 100 onions, receiving 7 Onions per airdrop keep up with that weight of those above with 7k weekly onions?
How will you generate interest to those getting 7 Onions a week for them to keep supporting and using DeepOnion signature? Specially legendary and hero members that join us, how motivated will they be to use the signatures in this conditions?

I think dev team needs to reconsider the member ranks and add some value at the time of airdrops that even if those members person only hold barely over 100 ONIONS, I think with time the richest will get just too much more and the scale will be so unbalanced that it will probably cause those members to drop from the airdrops to join other more profitable signature campaigns. Also I don't know if they will keep continue receiving 7 ONIONS a week or if they will receive even less because the big holders now will have even more so their weight is higher. I think it's at least worth a consideration.
I received my weekly share as usual all OK even tho I received almost half of what I was getting last few weeks but it's all good, I'll continue supporting this project till the end no matter what. Thanks to all the team for the hard work.

Are you joking? It's not free money dude, we are literally being paid in Onions to advertise Deep Onion here in BCT. The point of the airdrop is for fair distribution and for new users to use the coin, how is it even fair if the guys who got it for free in the first 15 rounds can have shit loads of it in the next airdrop? We are doing the same 5 posts/ week + 3 DO forum post and one guy can get 7K onions for it and the other 7 pieces. If you're a sheep to just follow and not complain then I guess something's wrong with you.
I can't understand how people want to keep open a breach for cheaters just to get a bigger part of the airdrop.

There had been 15 round fair distributions. Now to prevent people just get free free coins without doing anything and do any commitment. Start distributing based on ONIONs is the best way. All the ONIONs are freely tradable, so what is the worry? If you don't like the rules, then don't join. You don't get free coins. Asking people to put signature is normal, because it is community's responsibility to promote the coin. The days to just get free money without doing anything is gone. Now you do some minimum things, and you get free money. You have nothing to lose.
There will be always people who complain. I think it's fair to give more to people who been here longer and promoted this coin. Without their promotions some people probably do not knew this coin exist. Only one think I suggest to change is percentage. It's should be decresing to those who has more. Lets say person has 10k, so 7% is still 700 onions and to person who has 1k 10% which is 100 onions.

That is right. Someone can sell if don't like new rules, someone can buy if like new rules. DeepOnion now very good investment with very easy rules
Not a really a good thing to say 'someone can sell if don't like new rules'. We have issues with the airdrop not the coin or project itself.
But you will have to think also why this step was necessary. This step became necessary because many made and created multiple bitcointalk forum accounts and getting airdrops from each account each week. They were just bothered about filling their bags, not about the project. Yes, some may like new rules, some may not, but as a result of new rules, multiple accounts will not get any extra onions they used to get before. They will now get the exactly same numbers of Onions as with a single account.

This is the rule of the society, lol. Clearly the dev is not doing communist here. There's nothing absolutely fair. But distributing based on ONIONs is the most fair way I can think of.

Thanks for the 16th Airdrop.I received 486 onions.Almost half of the amount i received in previous Airdrop but i am not disappointed because now airdrop dependent on balance and not on Rank so hopefully i will get more next week if i keep hodling
