This command is very safe ,in order to make sure the wallet your copied is right, this script will calculate their md5 , if there are not equal so the wallet you backup is failed.
If the log tell your success , you will be not afraid of the wallet file you have copied. Because it's real the same as your original file.
Compare with this node module with python script I wrote before. Python script is more powerful than node module, because it can auto backup your wallet and backup your wallet to another computer or server. However the config of python script will be more complicat

Interesting good scripts!!

Just a small warning for people who want to use this for off-site backups: Always encrypt your wallet first (in the client) before uploading wallet.dat files anywhere.
Also although the script will check MD5 and will warn you in case of differences, I strongly advice to close your client (wallet) first, want 30 seconds and then make run the backup-script. This will ensure you your wallet.dat is always ready to be used when needed!

I was thinking the same thing. There have been issues with farmed accounts dumping their coins, but these new rules will solve the problem and reward holders. Plus add more liquidity at Nova. Genius idea, look forward to seeing the results!

It iis no longer a factor, instead the amount of Onions you have in your wallet determines how many Onions you will receive in the airdrops. Every Onion over 10,000 will get a 1.2 multiplier so it rewards the early adapters and investors.

There are 2 multipliers : the "1.2x" for a balance >10k Onions and the other multiplier "from 1x to 5x" which depends on your contribution to DeepOnions (not quite sure exactly how it's calculated)

Depends on the reason why. If you were just rejected, you can re-apply now.
If you were banned, I don't think you'll be able to re-apply again.

Correct aroweyen - 100 Onion must be present in your wallet before the airdrop occurs in order for your wallet to receive its portion of the airdrop.
