Just made a new infographic on how to use DeepVault.

Took me several hours to make so I hope you guys like it. You can use and share as you wish.  Grin

Enjoy! Smiley

Very nice job, we have soon plan to add RPC commands on DeepVault so we can convert it to Web Service

Thanks @Crypto-Rainbow.  This is good news! Lots of potential on the DeepVault part of wallet. I will add this to the DeepVault landing page.  Smiley

The new rules are clever and will add value as the project progresses. But it sucks for someone like me who was rejected on the 13th drop and was told to wait till the 16th to re-apply.
I mean I had no idea I'd be buying into an ICO rather than joining a free airdrop...Sad
Well, Sour grapes!!

How do the deep points factor in? I think I kind of have the jist of the it that we will probably get 10% of our balance give or take a few % but haven't figured out how the deep factor points work.

Check here, see the OP. There will be further explanation soon enough regarding DeepPoints  Cool

No your still wrong. The 22,000 onion is how much weight you have in the airdrop, vs everyone else weight(coin balance*factors). It's your percentage of the airdrop. We can't calculate the reward until we know the total ONIONs held buy all members for that round.

If you started with 100 onions now and doubled it every week, you would have more than the total supply by the end of airdrops. Like 6 billion onions. Double each week just doesn't make sense.

But it's also based on how many coins are airdropped and how many are in the airdrop.     So potentially it could 10x your balance or  less than 10% of your balance.  It all depends.     So we are both kind of wrong.

There is also the DeepPoints factor and how that goes into the total amount.     Will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Do you plan to give to each language community the possibility to translate the website ? I must inform you that the french translation with google translator is not really good, and I'm afraid it can scare potential new members.

Can you create a support ticket with that information? I will forward to the Admin team.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!   Grin

The new airdrop rules are completely groundbreaking. I like it very much。 But the new rules will bring a lot of buying, which leads to the rise in prices? Or will it bring more selling (90% rules of holdings no longer applicable)? How do you see this problem?

I think this new rule could increase the volume of Onion and this can also increase more the value. It will depends if some of our member here will not fall or dump their onions.

We will see the changes within this couple of days and see the effect of this new rules. For me, i like the new rules and this will be for the success of Deeponion's future.

I do wonder whether the most exciting news gets missed by folks sometimes, so I thought to highlight this particular statement by crypto-rainbow:

...we have soon plan to add RPC commands on DeepVault so we can convert it to Web Service

This really is a VERY exciting development! Imagine for a moment, my friends, linking this service to Cloud Storage over Tor ...

If I get even 2x my balance in the wallet from the airdrop, I will send all of them to you.

Anyone looking to sell some onions? I'd rather not screw around with NOVA if possible. (I don't have an account there)

Please send me a pm if you have good feedback and are looking to sell or are willing to send first if you don't have feedback.

Hmm, this is the tricky part, owing to the airdrop rules.  I think it would be hard to buy onions now.  The number of airdrop coins you receive is equal to the number of coins you hodl.
Dont know where you got that info from. But you are completely wrong, you are not getting the same number of coins that you hodl in your wallet. As per the new rules, you will likely end up getting a lot less number of coins than you were getting until now. You are lucky if you get 10% of the coins that you hold. I dont mind getting less number of coins if it means it is distributed to more people and DeepOnion will get popular.

Lol I just realized I typed it wrong,  What I meant was the more onions you have on your wallet, you will receive a percentage from it based on the formula.  Just woke up still drunk 😁

No, you are wrong.   The airdrop states "Distribution of the airdrop is proportional to the equivalent ONIONs in each account"  "For example, for a person with 20,000 ONIONs not in the factor group, the equivalent ONIONs are 22,000 ONIONs"

I'm amazed how quietly and modestly the DeepOnion team introduced DeepVault and I can't wait for the entire world to learn about it. This is a blockchain killer feature: immutable data!!! it is the single most powerful thing that was almost impossible to achieve until now on centralized systems without the risk of outside tampering.
ICO's are raising $millions for white-paper ideas that can't even touch DeepVault. Just let this sink for a while...

Exactly, DeepVault is a killer application and has a wide range of applications. I hope the team promotes more on it and find the businesses that are willing to use it. This will boost the deeponion big time.

Really? I confess I am not a blockchain expert. So we are the only ones to have this feature embedded in our blockchain? I guess we should then really start to find some practical uses to try it on.
