Yes, besides having at least 100 ONION in your wallet and aquiring Jr Member status in BTC forum you need to post at least 5 posts in this forum and 3 posts in the DeepOnion forum (at least 50 characters)
Yes that is correct. Since the last airdrop you only need to write 3 messages on this forum and only 2 on the deep onion forum. They do need to have at least 50 characters and outside off topic sections in order to be counted

As you will notice, the white paper has a version number. It is my intention to update the white paper as new specifications are finalised. There is a lot of on going development and we're rapidly expanding our dev team.
With new developers we all learn better (more secure, anonymous, private) ways of implementing features. As these are defined, I will update the white paper

Thanks for verifying this, I commented on the official forum and one of the aspects which I highlighted that we update the paper as we deploy, you have now confirmed this and very exited about the progress thus far, good job on the paper.
