The majority of people who signed up and were rejected were NOT because of registration date. Even though this doesn't seem to directly affect your case, it still does help several others. We are expecting a huge influx of members.

An easier way to look at it is your wallet balance serve as weight in what will be distributed. Remember there will be a lot more participants coming on board and they can buy onions but weight is capped at 10k per person, this means i cant buy 200k onion and 80% of the airdop comes to me.

This is actually a good idea. In general the new airdrop mechanism is much better IMHO, but it is true that we should avoid having a very few whales who can afford to buy huge amounts of Onions and then take let's say 80% of the airdrop every week. This is not in the interest of DeepOnion and it would be frustrating for most participants.

Wow, wasn't expecting such big changes in the rules I thought there was going to be like 2 or 3 changes only, very impressive.

Btw, can someone explain a bit more how the new distribution model works? I think it's not at all clear for most of us, how much % of our balance do we get each week?

The new airdrop system is amazing! I like most of the new rules and most importantly the new rules allow more members to join and there will be no more waiting because the verifying system is automatic.
But I am not sure about the difference between being banned from airdrops and being blacklisted for unknown reason. I think you should differentiate those two and re-check blacklisted accounts. Including mine, because I really don't know why I got blacklisted and I worked hard to be able to re-apply but so far I didn't get the chance.

Some people seem to be asking how is the distribution formula working and some people think you will simply get as much onions as you have in wallet (so you would double your number every week). This is not true of course. There is limited number of Onions reserved for each airdrop and you will get the share of them, according to how many Onions you have in your wallet compared to other users. My guess is that each member will get about 10% of his wallet, so if you have 1000 Onions, you will get 100 Onions from the airdrop. But this is just my guess, you might get few more or less, but definitely not the same amount as you have in wallet.

I just want to suggest something. There should be a maximum cap for airdrop, so even if someone has huge amount of Onions, he would get only limited number in the airdrop, for example 1000 or 2000 Onions. This way it will be more fair, otherwise, the very rich few members will take like half of the airdrop fund.

Yes, right.  Fudders will be regretting their decision and fudding, and we will be enjoying a prosperous life in a year or two.

Nobody is forcing somebody to do investments here and also most of the coins are given free, I do not know why some still do this.

Yeah, it is sad that there are so many FUDders. But that just means that someone is envious/jealous of what the DeepOnions Devs and Community is achieving. This is good news! It means DO is just getting stronger and stronger!

Thanks for the update crypto! You guys obviously put a lot of thought into these new rules. I love them! I especially like the removal of the 90% rule. This will increase the trading volumes significantly which will attract more attention amongst traders.

I like the new rules. First of all, it stops the cheaters that have multiple accounts. It then makes newcomers work harder to be apart of the airdrop as they need 100 onions to join. This will help boost DeepOnion community contributions such as Videos and Articles as they will need to do bounties or join giveaways to get the 100 onions. If people want they can also purchase Onions at NovaExchange.
