10/11 I filed an application for retrial
I used this format:

Reason of Ban:
The person in charge is quick to reply, about two to three hours.
Although unfortunately it is rejected.
He gave me a clear reason: "suspicious activity detected"
He said that means is "suspicious activities such as bought accounts, multiple accounts, low quality posts, deleted posts, inactivity, etc."
So the rejected people can think from these directions.
Note: I have asked which one I belong to, but did not get an answer

was asking the same question as well, I suggested in the forum if they can add a specific reason so we can fix it instead of getting rejected and banned when trying to re-apply..

2 you do not read @yaunzunsha's answer for another person in the top few replies? Use your support ticket to send help requests to dev.
Be patient and always read the rules before applying for airdrop.

I got the same first response "suspicious activity detected", which means little (and certainly isn't accurate, I've had the same account here for years although I don't post much) and have received no followup when I asked.
