yes but not all projects that will provide benefits depend on the quality of the project, product, and token sale if they have it, and especially development, many projects out there are not what their investors expect.

you're right, a lot of factors can affect the success of a project - but these guys look reliable (this is my personal opinion)

You're right, in the start line is the most lower, but there's a project that just give some bonus for early buyer with the same price even if in different stage, it just the bonus is keep decrease at next level. This is why the early investor could be a dangerous people. They have a lot of tokens, which surely can change market conditions.

when the portfolio price rises, everything is compensated

1) Earning on the DeFi ecosystem (Defi Bank)
2) Earning on the Staking Node (ETH 2.0, DASH, zCoin, and etc.)
3) Earning on the AI Trading
4) Earning on the Portfolio management
5) Earning on the Startup investments

This unicap project has a quite interesting concept because I see this project dividing the company's ownership into tokens held by token holders and token holders indirectly owning fund assets, and what is interesting is that in my opinion, this project guarantees a buy back so that investors do not need to be afraid if the token they have will not have a market at all, but of course we can see if this project is targeting several large exchanges to list their tokens.
