My goodness. This man claims to do it all.
He suggested I do a background check on him and I didn't have to look far.
I googled Troy Reid. Not only is there an entire website that explains his scams, but a book on solar panels where he claims to be an expert with a one star rating and several warnings about this guy.
There was another video I watched by someone named FixedByDoc That sums up this scammer fairly well.
Here I have been asking legit questions that he never answers, I no longer wonder why.
