I've seen this situation before. 
When the price finally bottoms out, the community rep of the dev team is nowhere to be found and a lot of angry holders posting their remorse in the coin's thread. Stuff that has nothing to do with the market movements.
And then one day, the market recovers and they will all be gone, replaced by new excited holders. And when the price goes parabolic, so does the sentiment.

Yes I've seen this situation before too. Hopeless bagholders deluding themselves thinking they will make millions thanks to an obvious overhyped company. Around the DENT was a lot of advertising hype. Everyone considered him a clear favorite in the crypto industry. Well, or at least it is so positioned marketers. But in today's depressed market it is very difficult to develop. Sometimes even projects with a unique and interesting concept, such as the project Sound Money Coin and remain in the shadows, although it would seem to blow up the market.

When there's a bubble it's common for some business to inflate their relevance in the market pretending they're bigger and more important than what they really are. They're made of hype and nothing else. I'm afraid DENT is one of these companies. They announce irrelevant things as if they were the next revolution but the truth is, nobody knows them and nobody in the world is talking about them. They're invisible for the whole world. Telcos don't know about this company either. Not even crypto blogs speak about them (not even the shady ones who just shill coins).
