You can download the APP I think they are listing the networks available unless the network didn't actually make themselves available in the market. Networks can sell data in the platform as what I have seen during the days when I have it installed. I lost my phone though and I didn't install it to this new one.

I don't see any other reason why not release it on 1st of December (even mid-October) to catch the organic holidays hype this whole month people are using mobile data like crazy. Dent wireless ltd. already missed half the month this means missed opportunities missed profits missed promises. Their reddit moderator Infinitetech who is in close relations with the developers said a month ago that the exchange was supposed to be released the beginning of December. Where is it??? it is not up to dent. dent adapts to the bitcoin price. Bitcoin is manipulated. the price of bitcoin will be lowered for bakkt and the etf which is still under negotiation.
