Extract and run derod.exe ,let it sync, In another cmd-prompt run Dero-Wallet-Cli.exe.

*Just download the wallet packages.
*extract somewhere.
* Run "derod.exe" first, let it sync to the network until complete
(You will read the msg " Your node is xxxx blocks (xx days) behind), take few hours depends on your network.
When it done.. don't close this windows yet.
you will see some msg " Youu are now Synchronized with the network, You may now start dero-wallet-cli"
* Run "Dero-Wallet-Cli.exe" , follow the instruction to create your new wallet. don't forget to backup your private key, and write down your wallet id.
That's All.

Try this.... Stop your miner... and start again immidiately... the diff rate will start from the beginning (depend on port),
if using port 3333 it will begin with 100 diff and keep increasing aftre that.

This var diff works not really good, my diff get far to high what results in 0 shares. I want to setup my own diff and not this var diff..

Sound good, I also need to set a static diff with XMR-Stack. Usually if the pool using script from cryptonotemining.org
I Just need to add something like "+2000" or ".2000" after the wallet id.

This is OK, we have not implemented DNS check points as of now.
For sync, stop and restart the daemon. If still issues let us know.

Hi Dev,
Since your team will be re-writing the blockchain, there are lots of room for bugs/vulnerabilities to be introduced in the process. Do you plan on having the code reviewed/audited with outside sources to make sure there are no issues? If not this would be a good thing to do, maybe give bounties for it. Also, is the new code open source? We also need a reddit sub

Yes the entire code would be open-source and will be published on https://github.com/deroproject repository.
Yes there would be code review and audit and there will be bounty too.
Reddit is ofcourse required but we plan to create it when we atleast release our alpha code something of our own.
