question does it matter if i have in the same wallet more than 1000 desire coins?
or I should just create a separate adress with exactly 1000 and tha will do?

There may be mote than 1000 DSR on other addresses in your wallet.

i have made tiny mistake i send 1000 and then arrived 999.90 after that i send to the same adress 5 coins, and then i send the remain coins to coinsmarket now i have exactly 1000 in my wallet does it matter? (waiting for 15 conf in the meantime)
and does it matter if i mine in the same wallet on different adress?

Not capable masternode: Can't detect valid external address. Please consider using the externalip configuration option if problem persists. Make sure to use IPv4 address only.
