I created an account, logged in and the page looks like this. Is this normal? I already changed my password. Also, currently, how long will a BTC deposit take to get my NXT coins?

After u get rid of manual work, u should enforce 24h deadline rule. Or one day u'll face a blockchain reorg that will "coincidentally" cancel a 1M+ deposit (that is already sold for BTC and withdrawn).

Did you receive anything from my account? I sent about 0.7 BTC - via cryptsy - but when I sent it via cryptsy I got an error - though the money is gone from cryptsy so perhaps it did go through? I do not see it in withdrawals on cryptsy. My account id is 222 . thx
No transactions on your account in our database, unfortunately. If you send BTC to the account listed on your deposit / cashout page, your account would be updated automatically when the BTC are received.

We now have all the information to fix your transaction when resources allow. I'm sorry but we have to prioritize valid transactions over those that have erroneous data in them. Even if it's described on the page that withdrawals can take up to 48 hours, this is not acceptable for doing business. Just increase your fee from 0.9 to 1.9% and hire someone to do the job.
Automation is already partially implemented, catching up on the transactions nicely. That's a good suggestion - I promised to not apply trading fees or NXT fees before January so we'll maybe have to hike BTC cashout fee to compensate for the massive workload the exchange is giving me.
