Well, you missed the boat. First 265k blocks where using Doge Chain ID for fairness to the new miners. It was your choice, either mine DINGO or DOGE.
Now the ChainID switch has been implemented you can merge mine both DINGO and DOGE creating a network for DINGO greater than 1% of the Doge network hashrate. Making it quite hard to mine solo and with small rigs now.
When will there be new exchanges?
HOTBIT listing on it's way.

Hotbit was likely a scam exchange, the listing partners involved are likely scammers also. There has been multiple 51% attacks on this coin prior to me adding max re-org functions so please DYOR before delving into this coin.

You just copied the Dogecoin website word-for-word, replacing the word "Doge" with "Dingo".
This has already been done 10 times this year.

According to your statement, does Dogecoin copy the Litecoin code count as theft? ? ? Many coins copy the Bitcoin code such as BCH. Why can Dogecoin be copied, but Dingocoin can't be copied? Please let go of your prejudices
